List All News ArticlesEMU FACULTY OF DENTISTRY INFORMATION REGARDING THE EDUCATION IN DENTISTRY FOR THE 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR SPRING SEMESTER

In line with the decision of the University Senate dated 23.02.2021 and numbered US-480/06, the education conditions of the 2020-2021 Academic Year Spring Semester have been evaluated in the Faculty Board of Dentistry and the decisions taken are presented below.
1) At the beginning of the academic year, all the lectures in the Faculty of Dentistry will be delivered online (via MS Teams) until March 15, 2021.
2) DENT103, DENT104, DENT231, DENT232, DENT261, DENT262, DENT271, DENT272 coded lectures will be conducted face-to-face starting from March 15, 2021.
3) MDCN107, MDCN108, MDCN207, MDCN208, MDCN257, MDCN258 coded lectures will be delivered online (via MS Teams) until April 5, 2021. After this date, these courses will continue as face-to-face education.
4) The lectures mentioned to have face-to-face education part will perform the examinations as face-to-face in a classroom setting, all precautions taken for Covid-19.
5) All the lectures that will be conducted fully online throughout the semester, will carry out their exams online.
6) It is recommended that all students will be present in TRNC to attend the lectures face-to-face from March 15, 2021, and it is students' responsibility to arrange their trips accordingly by taking into account the quarantine period (14 days). Hence, the latest date March 1st is recommended for the students arrival in TRNC.
